We understand that selling personal property from a family members estate can be an emotional experience. Our goal is to make this as stress free as possible for our clients. 

We have the expertise and resources to accurately price and market your sale. We will meet with you at your home to look at your furnishings and to discuss your goals and timeline. 

From start to finish our staff will professionally and compassionately take care of your needs. We do all the work for you; pricing, staging and advertising your sale. 

We provide all the necessary equipment and materials needed to conduct the sale. Most importantly we market your sale through numerous online platforms which reach thousands of vendors and potential customers. 

Upon completion of the sale, we pack all small unsold items and meet a location donation truck at your home; all unsold items are donated, and you will receive the tax-deductible donation receipt. 

We do have a merchant terminal; and we accept debit cards, credit cards and cash, with a full accounting of the sales.

Our estate sale services begin with understanding your current situation and your goals. Our job is to facilitate the entire process while minimizing stress for our clients.
